2. Services Provided
Crown Lab offers the following hairdressing and beauty services:
- Haircuts, fades, and precision styling for men and women
- Beard grooming and trimming
- Hair colouring, highlights, and balayage
- Blow dry and styling
- Mobile and on-location appointments
Services are provided either at our studio in North London or at a location agreed upon with the client. All services are delivered by trained professionals.
3. How to Book
Appointments are requested via the contact form on this website, by phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a written or verbal confirmation from Crown Lab. Submitting the form does not automatically guarantee an appointment.
4. Pricing
Prices listed on this website are indicative and subject to change. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking. Prices for services marked "from" may vary depending on hair length, complexity, or travel distance (for mobile appointments).
5. Payment Terms
Payment is collected at the time of service or via invoice issued after the appointment. We accept cash and bank transfer. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation. We do not collect payment through this website.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at our discretion
- Mobile appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged a travel fee
7. Liability
Crown Lab takes all reasonable care in delivering services. We are not liable for any reaction to products used during a service unless a patch test was requested and not carried out at the client's request. Please inform your stylist of any known allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.
8. Website Use
This website is provided for information and booking enquiry purposes only. No payment is processed on this site. We reserve the right to update content at any time without notice.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
